This literature review identifies practical applications of the United Nations' 11th Sustainable Development Goal for private urban planning firms positioned to take a more community-centered approach to municipal planning and design projects.

As a volunteer with Citizens Climate Lobby, I have always been interested in the economic and environmental viability of various carbon pricing mechanisms to create meaningful reductions in global GHG emissions. In this policy brief memo, I outline the pertinent elements of H.R. 2307, The Energy Innovation and Carbon Dividend Act to not only reducing gross GHG emissions, but in contributing toward reparative climate justice through household dividend payments.
