Born in Eau Claire, WI, Bryce's exposure to the outdoors from a young age has driven his professional focus towards mitigating global greenhouse gas emissions. Equipped with a rounded academic background, Bryce earned his Bachelors of Science Business and Marketing from the University of Minnesota in 2019, complemented with minors in Business Analytics and Architecture. Bryce enjoys blending objectivity with creative systems-thinking in all of his professional and academic work. Early in his professional career, Bryce contributed his research and project management expertise to Wells Fargo's Strategic Insights and Research team as a Market Research Consultant. In this role, Bryce was able to build an acumen in business analytics and client-facing consulting work, all the while gaining valuable insights into stakeholder engagement techniques necessary to influence the strategic decisions of leadership at large, corporate institutions.
In a pivotal decision that underscored his commitment to affecting meaningful change, Bryce transitioned his focus to corporate sustainability in 2021. Enrolling in a dual MBA/MPA degree program in Sustainable Solutions at San Francisco's one-of-a-kind Presidio Graduate School, Bryce continues to sharpen his knowledge and expertise in sustainable, ethical and just business leadership. As a student and independent consultant, Bryce leverages his adeptness in data analytics and visualization to manage client projects in corporate carbon footprints, strategic decarbonization planning, and financial case-making for ESG implementation.
